PixiPost commit himself to respect the confidentiality of the user’s personal data. The user's personal data are used to send him photo prints, contact the person in case there is a problem with the order, and keep the former informed of PixiPost offers and services.
When you sign up to the service of PixipPost, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as requested in the service registration form. Their omission would entail the cancellation of your order.
You enjoy a permanent right of access and correction on any data related to you. Just inform us.
The user's personal data are property of PixiPost. For the purpose of advertising, PixiPost may pass your details to selected third parties so that they can send you offers that may be of interest to you.
PixiPost guarantee the delivery of photos to the user’s address. So the user is pleased to give a correct and complete address. The user is the sole responsible of the given address.
PixiPost provides a range of online services pertaining to digital photography. These services concern, in particular, the processing of digital photo prints on professional quality photographic paper, the storage and the share of digital photos.
The photos upload on the site are property of who transmitted them.
For ethical reasons, are forbidden to upload on the site any photo that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; endanger minors in any way.
PixiPost reserves the right to delete any photo that doesn’t respect the ethical chart and to suspend or terminate your account and refuse immediate or future access to all or a part of the Service.
Furthermore, if this ethical chart doesn’t be respected, PixiPost reserves the right to not deliver your order and to not reimburse you.
For any order paid with a credit card, your bank account is debited 24 hours after
authorization to withdraw money on your account in accordance with competent payment centres.
For a credit card payment, it is done via the security system "SPS" (Secure Payment Server) which permits the encryption of your bank details once on the server.
In case of reimbursement, the user is refunded via his bank account in case of a payment with a credit card.
PixiPost is commited to email you the order confirmation and bill to the user’s email address registered on the site. For this reasons you must be careful when you fill up your registration and give correct informations.
Your order shall be delivered to the address that you have provided when you ordered your prints.
The delivery times shown on the site are just for your information and may be modified.
PixiPost cannot be held liable for any delivery delay.
PixiPost has been elaborated in accordance with current Tunisian laws.
Any dispute that may arise between PixiPost and a user will be submitted to competent jurisdictions of Tunisian Court Law.
